Labor Relations (LR) is the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on labor agreement issues and all issues involving bargaining unit employees. LR has offices in North Las Vegas and at the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS).

Under the CHAMP work may be performed either at the North Las Vegas Site in Las Vegas, Nevada in Clark County or the Nevada National Security Site in Mercury, Nevada in Nye County. Such work is subject to the above referenced Construction Project Labor Agreement. Work under CHAMP excludes Tonapah, Yucca Mountain and the Tunnel Project.
